What is Marketbrid? +
Marketbrid is a B2B platform that connects buying companies with verified industrial suppliers and contractors in mining, oil & gas and energy and their value chains. It helps each supplier organize its information, strengthen its document readiness and gain visibility with the companies that buy. Its first stage takes place in the Neuquén Basin and Vaca Muerta, where demand from operating companies is concentrated.
Who is Marketbrid for? +
It is designed for suppliers of products and services linked to Oil & Gas and for buying companies that need to identify and initially evaluate suppliers based on structured information and organized documentation.
What is the Marketbrid Readiness Diagnosis? +
It is an initial assessment that contrasts the supplier's capabilities, coverage and accredited information against relevant supply-need criteria. It helps identify strengths, priority gaps and categories where the company shows a better level of readiness.
Where does Marketbrid begin operating? +
Phase 1 covers the Neuquén Basin and Vaca Muerta, home to the Oil & Gas ecosystem and to the demand from operating companies. It begins with a first cohort of Oil & Gas suppliers and their value chain. The model was designed to expand progressively to other territories and industrial ecosystems.
What information does Marketbrid verify? +
Marketbrid reviews the existence, correspondence and validity of the information and documentation submitted within the scope defined for each profile. This may include corporate data, insurance, certifications and other relevant records depending on the company's activity.
What does it mean to have a verified profile? +
It means the company completed the required information and that Marketbrid reviewed the documentation included in the process. The profile helps identify what information was verified, what is currently valid and what aspects remain pending.
Does a verified profile equal an approval (homologation)? +
No. Marketbrid's verification does not imply approval, comprehensive certification, recommendation, performance guarantee or contract award. Each buying company keeps its own evaluation and contracting criteria and processes.
Does Marketbrid guarantee my company can take part in an opportunity? +
No. The diagnosis offers guidance based on the available information and the criteria considered. It does not replace each buyer's approval and selection processes, nor does it guarantee invitations, contracts or awards.
How much does it cost to join the first cohort? +
Selected companies may participate at no cost in the initial process of validating and preparing their profile. This condition applies to the first cohort and does not imply permanent free access to future Marketbrid services.
Is the platform already operational? +
Marketbrid has a functional MVP and is in a validation stage. During this first phase, the team will personally support selected companies in organizing their information, reviewing documentation and preparing their profiles.
How can a buying company take part? +
Buying companies can contact the Marketbrid team to learn about the first cohort, share their supply needs and help define the information and documentation relevant to the initial evaluation of suppliers.
Who can see my company’s data inside Marketbrid? +
The profile, industry, services and certifications are visible to other companies: that is the point of being on the platform. Activity is not. No company can see another company’s contacts, followers or conversations, and the tax ID never appears on any screen or download.
Can other companies see my contacts or my followers? +
No. The contact list and the follower list are visible only to the company they belong to. This is not a setting that could be changed by mistake: the functions that return those lists operate solely on the company making the request, so a query for a third party’s contacts or followers cannot be formulated at all.
Does Marketbrid show the phone numbers of people at my company? +
No. Each company decides which members of its team appear as contacts, and only their name and role are shown, never a phone number or email address. Nobody is enabled by default, and only companies with an existing conversation can see them. Communication takes place inside the platform.
What happens to my company’s data if I close the account? +
A notice is sent at eleven months, the data is removed from the live database at twelve and from the backup at twenty-four. The backup holds no identifying data unless expressly authorised, and the tax ID is never backed up. The reason for leaving is kept without any data that identifies the company.
Can I stop a particular company from seeing what I publish? +
Yes, by blocking it. Neither company sees the other’s posts or can send it new messages, and the blocked company receives no notification. Blocking deletes nothing: the conversation stays visible and frozen, and it can be undone at any time.
